We have purchased 5 vehicles from Bill Robertson since 2016! They are the first place we always look and have yet to go anywhere else since our first purchase. They all have been honest and professional every time! We have worked with Jon and AJ before, but this last time we worked with Nic to purchase our latest vehicle (2023 Pathfinder) on 10/30/23. Nic was great working with us on trading in our 2018 Pathfinder for the 2023. I loved my 2018, but I LOVE LOVE my 2023!!! Thank you, Nic, for being amazing and making it a very seamless experience!

A little over a year ago, I had my Titan XD towed to Bill Robertson’s as I was receiving an O2 error code and my truck was in “limp mode” (limited to 5 mph). According to a bulletin sent out by Nissan (meaning they acknowledged the fact that this is a common issue) this is a quick fix (an hour and a half) involving re-flashing the computer and following a step-by-step tutorial, which I forwarded to the dealership. After my truck was delivered, they offered me a rental, which I needed for work. My truck was stuck at the dealership for over a month and they told me I had to continue to pay for the rental while it was there until I complained. I finally received my truck back and all was well, until last month when I started receiving the same code. I called and asked exactly what they did and was told that they just idled my truck until the codes cleared. So after over a month in their repair shop and paying for the “repair” and rental, all they did was idle my truck for a couple hours.

I have a Sentra 2019 with a service contract and they were able to get me in last minute and did the service really quick. I also had the chance to meet Debbie Robertson and we had a wonderful chat. I really like the family aspect and it really does feel like a family when you are there. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.....Period

Nick, the sales person who is taking care of my case, is very responsible and did his best to help me choose the ideal car. I can feel he is really happy to help customer. He answered all my questions in patiently and in great detail. He also ran around to talk to the manage and financial to try to get the best deal for me, with a big smile on his face all the time. The whole purchasing process was enjoyable and fast, only in 3 hours and I am the one slow things down :)

I recently started looking for a new pickup to replace my 370Z We started at the Dealership we bought the car at. They had no problem insulting me with an auction value for my trade car. It was like new with less than 12,000 miles. The only reason I needed a new primary driver was my own physical decline was beginning to be a problem. A couple weeks later I looked at Vehicles in Northern California. Same exact method of figuring out what the value difference between mine and there equipment. About the time I was about to give up my search I got a call from Nick. I asked him to put a deal on paper and email it to me. Looked pretty doable.Wife and I drove over last Thursday and got there early afternoon. I was thinking that Sooner or later Thier would be something that would drive the numbers up by 500-2500.00. Wrong. He stuck with the numbers he had on the original Work sheet. Can't believe it,6 hour round trip.treated with a level of respect that was very uncommon.
